BHAV-AI is not a substitute for professional advice. Information provided by the service is for general informational purposes only. For urgent or specialized matters, seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services.

4. User Conduct

Users must be at least 13 years old.
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
Do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not use the service for illegal activities.

5. Content & IP

We own or license the content and code powering BHAV-AI. You retain ownership of your conversation content, subject to the rights you grant to us for providing the service (e.g., cloud sync if enabled).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BHAV-AI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or for technical or legal reasons. You may delete your account and data via the app settings.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email when practical. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
